Here’s my story.

I have been baking for as long as I can remember. I think it comes from having a sweet tooth and always wanting to eat yummy creations. My sweet tooth along with my love for creating beautiful things lead me to cake decorating.

I have been decorating cakes since I was eight years old. Back then I was the only kid in the cake decorating store and no cake decorating classes for kids existed. I took it upon myself to take books out from the library (before the internet) and teach myself. From there my interest grew. I collected all sorts of cake decorating tools and expanded my repertoire of recipes.

Today I continue to make cake. Mostly for friends and family, but word has got out and I get cake requests for all sorts of events. I still make all my cakes from scratch and feel that taste and quality are key.
